OMW Solicitors were formed in 2004 by the amalgamation of two long-established Burton firms, Susan D Woodall and Ormsby Mills.
We offer a friendly, approachable and professional service by qualified staff of long experience.
Equity Release: How can we help?
Our role is not to provide advice on the best scheme for you - that is the job of your Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). We are here to explain the legal implications and guide you through the process to ensure that you fully understand everything, and to complete the legal paperwork on your behalf.
We will see you at our offices to go through the documentation, although home visits can be arranged where necessary.
We operate on a fixed fee basis and will tell you at the outset how much we will charge.
Who will you be seeing?
We have two solicitors, Sue Woodall and Christine Ball, who regularly deal with equity release; between them they have nearly 60 years of private practice experience.
